The Olivier Award-winning actor will perform in the world premiere stage production of Dr. Strangelove which begins this Autumn.

Giles Terera will join Steve Coogan as General Buck Turgidsonin Stanley Kubrick's timeless classic Dr. Strangelove which performances at the Noel Coward Theatre on 8 October 2024.
Today the production has also announced an extension period of 5 weeks due to phenomenal demand, with the run now finishing on 25 January 2025.
Further casting for the world premiere is yet to be announced.
Dr. Strangelove is a jet-black comedy masterpiece, centred on a rouge U.S. General who incites a nuclear crisis, is brought to the London stage by the BAFTA and Emmy Award winner Armando Iannucci and Olivier Award winner Sean Foley. In this explosively funny satire of mutually assured destruction, Sean Foley also takes on the role of director.
The UK premiere will follow Slave Play, the groundbreaking play by Jeremy O. Harris, which begins performances at the Noel Coward Theatre on 29 June.
