Charlie Cook's Favourite Book is transferring to the West End after playing to packed houses at Little Angel Theatre and on tour across the country.

Join Charlie as he sits down to read a tale of adventure. However, as he turns the page he finds himself diving into a series of interconnected stories, each featuring different characters like pirates, knights, and dragons.

From Olivier nominated collaborators Barb Jungr and Samantha Lane, the story celebrates the joy of reading by bringing to life the many magical worlds that can be found inside picture books, inspiring even the most reluctant young readers along the way.

Directed by Samantha Lane, Charlie Cook's Favourite Book is composed by Barb Jungr, with set and costume by Ellie Mills, puppets by Maia Kirkman-Richards and lighting by Sherry Coenen.

Georgie Samuels and Pierre Hanson-Johnson will reprise their roles for the West End run. Jazmine Wilkinson will join them.

Charlie Cook's Favourite Book will run at the Trafalgar Studios from 5 December 2024 until 5 January 2025.
