Viva Forever in London
Spice up your life with Viva Forever
The Spice Girls’ first album, Spice, sold a breath-taking 28 million copies worldwide and holds the record for the best ever selling album by a female band. Since their debut they’ve sold an impressive 75 million records and they remain the best-selling female group of all time. Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton are still hot celebrity property and Viva Forever brings some of their most popular songs back into the limelight in this star studded, wonderfully sparkly stage show. The producers of the world record holding smash hit Mamma Mia are proud to present a happy, positive, fun show that recalls those glittering days in glorious style. If you remember their stellar rise, you’ll adore the nostalgia. If you’re new to the famous five, you’ll fall in love with the timeless songs of Posh, Baby, Scary, Sporty and Ginger from the moment the curtain rises.
Viva Forever - The story
Viva Forever weaves the heart-warming tale of a beautiful, talented girl – Viva - and her best friends as she enters a TV reality singing contest. Together they navigate the choppy waters of celebrity culture, but it isn’t a bed of roses. Overnight fame can be hard to handle and the show tracks its dramatic impact on the stars’ relationships with family and friends as the girls learn how to cope. Their touching struggle to become who they really want to be makes for a genuine ‘feel good’ stage masterpiece.
A glittering, glamorous revival of ‘Girl Power’!
The show features sixteen fabulous Spice Girls hits, including the compelling, catchy Wannabe, Say You’ll Be There, Mama, Stop and the show’s title song, Viva Forever, the group’s eighth chart hit and winner of a platinum disc. Mel C, AKA Sporty Spice, believes the show is even better than the Spice Girls and Posh Spice, the gorgeous Mrs Victoria Beckham, is convinced it’ll introduce ‘Girl Power’ to a new generation. And they may well be right if Director Paul Garrington, the man behind Mamma Mia! and Dirty Dancing, has anything to do with it. Expect a stunning stage set, fantastic costumes and an experience that’ll keep you singing along for weeks afterwards. Go, girls!

Viva Never! It was a dull story line which left me disinterested in the whole thing. The last two songs were the best bits of the whole show.
