Snow White in London
Starring:
Vincent Simone, Flavia Cacace, Dawn French, Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers, Gary Wilmot
Snow White – A Xmas treat at the London Palladium
Take one Dawn French. Stir in some Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Gary Wilmot. Add a dash of Vincent And Flavia and what do you get? It's Snow White at the London Palladium, and it's coming your way for a strictly limited five week run, courtesy of the wonderful Qdos Entertainment and kicking off in early December 2018.
Get your skates on to enjoy Snow White at the London Palladium, returning once more to theatreland for a strictly limited five week run. It's beautifully directed by Michael Harrison, produced by the Olivier Award-winning team that created the smash hit Dick Whittington in 2017. And it stars... wait for it... Dawn French as The Wicked Queen and Julian Clary as The Man in The Mirror, Paul Zerdin as Muddles, Nigel Havers as The Understudy and Gary Wilmot as Mrs Crumble. Plus, a huge treat for Strictly Ballroom fans, the wonderful Vincent and Flavia as The King and The Queen. The Magnificent Seven are played by and Josh Bennett, Simeon Dyer, Craig Garner, Ben Goffe, Jamie John, Blake Lisle and Andrew Marti.
This glittering, brand new production has been specially created for the London Palladium and has a superb set by the excellent Ian Westbrook as well as extraordinary costumes by Hugh Durrant, special effects by The Twins FX, lighting by Ben Cracknell and loads of epic original music by the talented Gary Hind.
The hilarious Dawn French returns to the London stage for the first time since 2016, when her critically acclaimed one woman show rocked the rafters at the Vaudeville Theatre. Julian Clary is back at the Palladium after triumphant performances as The Spirit of the Bells in Dick Whittington and Dandini in Cinderella. US Ventriloquist Paul Zerdin is a winner of America’s Got Talent, and our own Nigel Havers is a master of the big screen and small, with film credits including Chariots of Fire, Passage to India and Empire of The Sun.
Gary Wilmot wowed audiences at last year’s big Palladium pantomime, Dick Whittington, also starring in the Big The Musical and a host more smash hits. And Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace-Mistry are two of the country’s most successful Ballroom and Latin American dance performers and choreographers, legends in their own lifetime. It's going to be totally, utterly and completely spectacular.

was funny, colourful, entertainingwas very entertaining, but evening show had lots of innuendos in it..... just a caution for any children attending with adult family members, who may be old enough to understand a tad......but may question why certain scenarios are being laughed at! You may have some explaining to do!

Excellent PantoTickets very pricey So we sat near back of grand circle Ns I found it difficult to see the stage past people’s heads in rows in front and a women put aching wearing a head band with a tall point in her lap so i lost my view even more - the staff should have asked her to move the child

Spectacular version of traditional pantomimeA great family treat with amazing costumes, dancing and comedy but too much rude homosexual “humour”. The long sung list of Palladium stars was stunning. Celebrity names and status were overplayed and Nigel Havers had a week part.

A Beginner's Guide to London Theatre’s Pantomime Dames
by Phil Willmott | Monday, November 12 2018, 09:53
Like most people working in British Theatre I begin rehearsals for Pantomime this week.
It’s the most traditional form of Christmas entertainment for UK audiences but for outsiders it can seem bewildering.
