Slava's Snowshow in London
Are you ready for some madcap Russian magic? Slava’s SnowShow has been delighting audiences for thirty years, now it’s back in the capital after a seven year break. Don’t miss Vyacheslav Ivanovich ‘Slava’ Polunin’s clowning masterpiece, a spectacle packed with comedy and breathtaking visual effects that brings joy to everyone who sees it.
Winner of more than 20 international awards
This charming, positive production has attracted more than twenty international awards including an Olivier for Best Entertainment, a Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience, Edinburgh’s Festival Critics’ Award, Moscow’s Stanislavski Award, Australia’s Sir Robert Helpmann Award, and a Tony nomination.
Slava's SnowShow has toured the world, with more than 12,000 performances in more than 225 cities across 40 countries. It has even played two Broadway runs, in 2008 and 2019. So what can you expect from this wonderfully eccentric festive treat?
Brilliant clowning, legendary special effects
These clowns are looking for joy. Will they find it? There’s a huge shark swimming in a misty sea. Clowns get stuck in an enormous spider’s web and say fond goodbyes to a hat rack at a railway station. And, of course, there’s a massive snowstorm at the end that engulfs the audience. The whole thing leaves grown-ups and kids laughing with pleasure. It’s time to forget your troubles, leave the real world behind, and enjoy some top class escapism.
This unique production is all about immersing yourself in a whimsical world celebrating life and uniting people from every walk of life. It’s a jubilant, wonderfully upbeat revival of the ancient art of clowning, chaotic and charming from start to finish. Catch it back in London for a limited season in the West End!

Second Time Seen - Still Fascinating to WatchExcellent show, full of entertainment and amusing observations on life. Very clever staging and an absolutely superb show stopping finale. Highly recommended for all age groups and an opportunity to just relax and have fun, especially at the end of the show

AwfulI have no idea how is this show running for so long. Boring, numb, cheep and tasteless. Same routines from 35 years ago in USSR, he didnt even bother to update them. There is nothing there, no special skills are even required to be in it. Anyone can become a participant in a few days, just learn few easy steps.

The show looks tired.Saw the same show on tour in Nottingham a few years ago and was completely blown away. Sadly, like all the big shows it has become tired and hum drum instead of improving over time. Having said that, if you've never seen the show before it should still surprise and provide enjoyment.
