Didn’t know what to expect but my wife did so that was a good start. Show was entertaining from start to finish. Only downside was being short half the show was unseeable by the people in front sitting on the edge of their seats.

I took my wife to see the show for her birthday. She has always wanted to see it but I didn't think it would be my type of show. I came out as pleased as she was.It was so much better than I thought it would be. The production is excellent. The vocals at some points were quite moving. The costumes and sets have to be seen. We had Royal Circle seats E8 and E9.Very good view of the stage and unobstructed. All I can say is go and see it,you won't be disappointed.

An amazing spectacle - despite the wonderful performances of the cast, the story itself did not match the staging/puppetry. Recommended especially for young theatregoers and Studio Ghibli fans.

We loved it. I booked it a year ago having read good reviews then. I had forgotten why I booked it, and nearly lost the tickets. It is unique, and had some breathtaking moments. I went with my partner but I am going to book to go again with older my grandchildren, aged 9 to 14.

Absolutely Incredible. If you love the music and songs from the film, you’re in for a treat. The entire theatre is an experience, from the moment you arrive. The storyline isn’t overly strong and doesn’t really live up to the film, but it was still worth every single penny and we all agreed we would go again and will look to bring more friends and family with us next time ❤️ Thank you for an amazing night!!

Atmosphere really good small theatre, excellent helpful staff. Had a dress circle seat bb2 and bb3. Slightly restricted view, but well worth it as they were a lot cheaper and right by the door to the seats. Very good seats for those with a disability or mobility problems. Staff were incredibly helpful and happy to assist.

My third watch of the show in Victoria theatre and I see nuggets each time K row was fantastic. The last two times I sat closer to the front. K gives a better full view of everything happening on stage and on the balconies

I thoroughly enjoyed the overall show, but could not hear the words of the songs. Diction should be improved. I do not have a hearing problem, but unfortunately it is a problem I have with most musicals.

The most emotional I’ve ever felt at a theatre show, tears one moment, laughter the next. A fabulous production. The whole experience was enjoyable and easy - beautiful, comfortable theatre, friendly, helpful staff, inevitable queue for the ladies, but none for the bar!

The music and story were excellent and beautifully paced. The involvment at the beginning and end with the audience was magnificiently well done. Powerful music and storytelling at its' very best made time dissappear and drag you fully into the show. At the end I just wept with joy, leaving the Theatre on a cloud.

It was very easy to buy tickets for a specific date. I was very busy and didn’t check if I got e-tickets. When I realized that I didn’t get them, I went to customer service on their website and in 30 seconds I got email with my tickets. Thank you.

Your Prefect Performance Arts Portal in London
Yes I believe I managed to get to see what I could watch based on the limited time I had in London - it was easy to navigate the site and to see what shows there were and booking was also very efficiently done. To also get a digital ticket while a printed ticket is something great as a memorabilia - having it digital is handy as there is no need to print it and fits with the current digital age. Keep up the great work.
