  It was very easy to buy tickets for a specific date. I was very busy and didn’t check if I got e-tickets. When I realized that I didn’t get them, I went to customer service on their website and in 30 seconds I got email with my tickets. Thank you.

  Only two more days before I get to see The Score in the Theatre Royal Heymarket, London, so far, no email with your confirmation or the most important the tickets, How can I see the play without it????

  Yes I believe I managed to get to see what I could watch based on the limited time I had in London - it was easy to navigate the site and to see what shows there were and booking was also very efficiently done. To also get a digital ticket while a printed ticket is something great as a memorabilia - having it digital is handy as there is no need to print it and fits with the current digital age. Keep up the great work.

  It was helpful in that it listed all the shows available and made it easy to buy the tickets. However, after we bought them and went to the theater's web page, we saw that we paid an incredible markup. Very disappointing!

  The procedure of booking was quick and very efficient and received email immediately but I was disappointed I could not book tickets over the phone. I’m not very experienced with technology and do not have a laptop I do have an iPad to which I had help from my daughter to carry out the booking.
