  In general, I liked the booking page as it was quite comfortable to use. What I didn't like was that no change or cancellation is possible. E.g. I made the mistake of booking Mama Mia instead of the new ABBA voyage. So a change would have been great.

  I found the on line booking very difficult. I had to keep tapping the buttons representing the seats countless times to make them respond. It took me a very long time to book. It would have been helpful if the last page confirming payment had stated the date. they were for. I had chopped and changed so many times I needed a reminder.
