  Excellent service, when we arrived, there was a queue right round the outside of the building, but the stewards were all very well organised, and directed people and we were inside sat in our seats before you could say ( Thriller ) ha ha ha All the staff were all polite and helpful 👍

  I have been dealing with the Covent Garden Office for the last few years, and I cannot fault the team in anyway. I have dealt with Albert and Ellie, more recently Emily, and their customer service is superb. Can’t say having better..♥️

  Easy site to get round and good show ticket deals at great discounted prices I will use this site again and no booking fees which is great unlike some theatre sites this is all in the face value price of the ticket you purchase. Keep up the good work.

  It was very easy to buy tickets for a specific date. I was very busy and didn’t check if I got e-tickets. When I realized that I didn’t get them, I went to customer service on their website and in 30 seconds I got email with my tickets. Thank you.

  Yes I believe I managed to get to see what I could watch based on the limited time I had in London - it was easy to navigate the site and to see what shows there were and booking was also very efficiently done. To also get a digital ticket while a printed ticket is something great as a memorabilia - having it digital is handy as there is no need to print it and fits with the current digital age. Keep up the great work.

  It was helpful in that it listed all the shows available and made it easy to buy the tickets. However, after we bought them and went to the theater's web page, we saw that we paid an incredible markup. Very disappointing!
