What's the show about?
Loosely based on the Gospels, Jesus Christ Superstar is both tender and thrilling in its musical retelling of the last seven days of Jesus' life.
This acclaimed £15 million production presents this classic musical like you've never seen it before. A huge cast of 48 and incredible rock orchestra perform as part of a company of over 100 with state-of-the-art projections and incredible digital technology – more spectacular than you will see on any west End stage!
Why should I see it?
Mixing full-on rock with gospel and pop, the show's score features some of Rice and Lloyd Webber's best-ever songs, including I Don't Know How To Love Him and Superstar.
A Superstar show deserves a superstar cast, and this one's got it. Olivier Award-winning Matilda composer Tim Minchin realises his lifelong ambition to play Judas, and is joined by Olivier nominee and ex-Spice Girl Mel C as Mary Magdalene, Chris Moyles as Herod, and Ben Forster, winner of ITV's show Superstar, in the title role.
What should I do now?
Find out for yourself why this show's been so highly praised. Book between 3 – 10 July and upgrade to top-price tickets.
