What is THE HILLS OF CALIFORNIA about?
Set in Blackpool, 1976 - the driest summer in 200 years. The beaches are packed with people and the hotels are heaving at the seams. Far from the choc ices and donkey rides, in the sweltering backstreets are the Webb Sisters. They return to their mother's run-down guest house, the 'Sea View', as she lies dying upstairs.
