What is THE HILLS OF CALIFORNIA about?
Set in Blackpool 1976, THE HILLS OF CALIFORNIA takes place in the driest summer in 200 years. Amongst the hustle and bustle of the town, the Webb Sisters are returning to their mother's run-down guest house, as she lies dying upstairs.
This latest play from the writer of Jerusalem and director Sam Mendes (The Lehman Trilogy) is a generational drama that rifles through decades of one family's past.
