Cast announced for Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE at Shakespeare's Globe

Directed by Olda Ince,who previously directed Othello in 2024, this modern classic by Arthur Miller will be staged at the Globe Theatre from later this Spring.

The cast has been announced for The Crucible.

Written by the award-winning American playwright Arthur Miller, The Crucible is a powerful and political history play set in Salem in 1692. This is a time in history when witch trials were being held, resulting in a high level of hysteria, fear, and false accusations. It led to the death of innocent people. The Crucible centres on a group of girls who are rumoured to be practising witchcraft.

The Crucible will play at Shakespeare's Globe from 8 May to 12 July 2025.
