Full cast announced for NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 at Donmar Warehouse

Dave Malloy's production, which marks the new Artistic Director Tim Sheader's directorial debut, will premiere in London for a limited run which begins in December.

Inspired by a scandalous slice of Tolstoy’s War and Peace, multi-award-winning Dave Malloy’s dazzling, genre-defying musical is a ravishing party from start to finish. Focusing on Natasha's affair with Anatole and Pierre's search for meaning. Set in 19th-century Russia, Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet Of 1812 blends classical literature with modern, immersive theatrical elements.

Sheader directs Declan Bennett (The Marilyn Conspiracy, Park Theatre) as Pierre, Chumisa Dornford-May (The Phantom of the Opera, His Majesty's Theatre) as Countess Natasha Rostova, Daniel Krikler (Fiddler on the Roof, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre) as Fedya Dolokhov, Eugene McCoy (The 39 Steps, Trafalgar Theatre) as Prince Bolkonsky/Andrey, Annette McLaughlin (Player Kings, Noel Coward Theatre) as Marya Dimitriyevna, Maimuna Memon (Grapes of Wrath, National Theatre) as Sonya Rostova, Jamie Muscato (Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Piccadilly Theatre) as Anatole, Cedric Neal (Guys and Dolls, Bridge Theatre) as Balaga, Chloe Saracco (professional debut) as Mary and Cat Simmons (Come From Away, The Abbey Theatre, Dublin/West End) as Helene Kuragina Bezukhova, with Andrew Berlin (Bonnie and Clyde, UK Tour), Kimberly Blake (Priscilla: The Party, West End), Ali Goldsmith (Volcano, Attic Projects), Chihiro Kawasaki (Blossfeldt, Clod Ensemble), Nitai Levi (The Band's Visit, Donmar Warehouse) and Annie Majin (professional debut).

Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet Of 1812 will run at the Donmar Warehouse from 9 December 2024 - 8 February 2025.
