Born in North Carolina, USA, Marisha Wallace is a powerhouse performer who has captivated audiences on both Broadway and the West End. She is currently starring as Sally Bowles in the award-winning London production of Cabaret, alongside the legendary Billy Porter until 24 May 2025.

Her journey began with a professional theatre debut as Ado Annie in a regional production of Oklahoma!. She soon landed a role in the US tour of The Book of Mormon, performing alongside Gavin Creel and Jared Gertner. In 2014, she made her Broadway debut as part of the original cast of Disney's Aladdin. The following year, she starred in the original company of Something Rotten! as an ensemble member.
Marisha Wallace made her West End debut in 2017 when she joined the West End production of Dreamgirls at the Savoy Theatre as the alternate Effie White and later took over the role. Since then she has starred in a multitude of productions in the UK including the original London cast of Waitress at the Adelphi Theatre, Hairspray at the London Coliseum and Oklahoma! At the Young Vic. More recently she played Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls at the Bridge Theatre where she received her second Olivier Award Nomination for Best Actress in a Musical, and appeared in a concert staging of Something Rotten! At the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Over the festive period in 2024, Marisha made her debut in the London Palladium pantomime production of Robin Hood.
She has also worked on a variety of different projects on the side. Marisha Wallace’s screen credits include Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey and Feel Good, both Netflix. She went on Celebrity Big Brother in 2024 and has released two music albums; Soul Holiday and Tomorrow. Marisha recently presented a headline show at the Adelphi Theatre in March 2025.
