Producer Judy Craymer was thrilled to see her global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA! Winning the Best Theatre Production in 2022 on 5th October. The ceremony was hosted by football legend Kevin Keegan, along with the Group Leisure & Travel publisher Rob Yandell. MAMMA MIA! is playing at the West End’s Novello Theatre, booking to Saturday 30th September 2023, and this award proves, yet again, what an awesomely good experience it is.
Who’s involved in Mamma Mia!
Since premiering in London in 1999, this wonderful feel-good musical has captured the hearts of millions of us. A gorgeous story about a mother, a daughter and three possible dads unfolds to the magic of ABBA, and has been seen by 65 million people on stage so far. Made into two record-breaking movies, it has enjoyed a total of 50 productions in 16 languages, and has grossed over four billion US dollars at the box office.

- Mazz Murray (Donna), Josie Benson (Tanya), Gemma Goggin (Rosie) and Stephen Beckett (Bill) will be joined by Norman Bowman, who played Marius in Les Misérables, Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls and Pat Denning in 42nd Street in the West End as Sam
- Christopher Dickins (Witness for the Prosecution, Oklahoma! at Chichester Festival Theatre) plays Harry
- Meg Hateley makes her West End debut as Sophie and Miles Henderson makes his as Sky
- Natasha Heyward makes her UK and West End debut as Ali
- Olivia Lallo makes her own West End debut as Lisa
- Lucca Chadwick-Patel (Legally Blonde at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, The Magician's Elephant for the RSC) plays Eddie
- Jake Bailey (Jack Smith in Call the Midwife, Matilda the Musical and Oliver! in the West End) plays Pepper
- Jennifer Adab makes her West End stage debut as Donna at some performances
- Also continuing in the cast are Gemma Atkins, Natalie Jayne Hall, Jennifer Hepburn, Frankie Jones, Natalie Langston, Michael Storrs and Simon Willmont
