We’re pleased to announce the stars in a brand new play by Theresa Rebeck. It’s called Mad House and it premieres at the Ambassadors Theatre this summer, on stage from 26th June to 4th September for a limited season. Let’s offer a big, warm welcome back to Bill Pullman and David Harbour, both of whom return to the West End to star in the show. By all accounts this new darkly funny play is going to be rather wonderful.
Who’s involved in Mad House?
The setting is rural Pennsylvania, where Michael has returned to his childhood home to look after his dying dad, Daniel. His sister Pam and brother Ned turn up but their agenda is very different. They’re more concerned about working out how much money their father has left in his Will than the old man’s health, and they’re keen to figure out how to get their hands on it.

About the Ambassadors Theatre
The Ambassadors Theatre is part of the Ambassador Theatre Group, an organisation controlling more West End venues than any other. They’re responsible for ten of London’s most popular West End theatres. The auditorium at the Ambassadors is decorated in Louis XVI style with a horseshoebalcony just above ground level. The stalls are actually underground, making the atmosphere unusually intimate. Past shows at the Ambassadors Theatre include Little Shop of Horrors and a decade-long run for Stomp. These days the venue tends to specialise in limited engagements and celebrity-studded productions.
