The stage adaptation of the beloved 1997 animated Disney film will open in the West End next summer.

The West End has found its Hercules!
Grammy nominee Luke Brady will take on the title role in the show, with further casting to be announced.
Hercules is inspired by Greek mythology and follows the son of Zeus, who is turned mortal by Hades, the God of the underworld. With the help of his trainer Phil, he must prove he's a true hero to reclaim his place on Mount Olympus. The show will be filled with unforgettable songs from the film, including "Go the Distance" and "Zero to Hero."
With music by Alan Menken and lyrics by David Zippel, and a brand-new book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah, Hercules will be directed and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Casey Nicholaw and co-choreographer Tanisha Scott.
This exciting new production features set and additional video design from Dane Laffrey; costume design by Gregg Barnes and Sky Switser; lighting design by Jeff Croiter and sound design by Adam Fisher. The production team also includes video designer George Reeve, hair by Mia M. Neal, make-up by Kirk Cambridge-Del Pesche and special effects from Jeremy Chernick. The music team is headed by music supervisor and arranger Michael Kosarin, with orchestrations from Danny Troob and Joseph Joubert, and dance arrangements by David Chase. Casting is by Natalie Gallacher CDG for Pippa Ailion and Natalie Gallacher Casting.
