Jo - The Little Women Musical features music by Dan Redfeld, with book and lyrics by Christina Harding and John Gabriel Koladziej. The musical explores the journey of the March sisters as they transition into adulthood, with Jo March at the heart of the story. Determined to become a celebrated writer and a “voice for her generation,” Jo faces profound grief following the loss of her sister Beth. This heartbreak inspires Jo to pen the story of her sisters, channelling her sorrow into a powerful narrative that turns pain into purpose.
A concept album for the musical will be recorded in January at Abbey Road Studios, and a semi-staged concert is planned for the West End sometime next year.
The date, theatre and ticket onsale for the West End concert will be announced in the coming weeks.
