Punch is heading to the West End this Autumn. Based on the memoir 'Right From Wrong' by Jacob Dunne, it will play for a strictly limited 10-week run at the Apollo Theatre.
The show follows Jacob, a teenager who, on one fateful evening, makes an impulsive decision that impacts his life forever. His actions lead to serving prison time. When he's released, he becomes lost and with no future aspirations. But with the victim's family searching for answers they all meet and transform Jacob's life for the better.
The original cast Alec Boaden (Masters of the Air), Julie Hesmondhalgh (Mr Bates vs the Post Office), Tony Hirst (Boiling Point), Shalisha James-Davis (I May Destroy You), Emma Pallant (Queenie), and David Shields (Black Mirror) will reprise their roles in the West End.
Punch also recently announced it was transferring to Broadway, which will open simultaneously with the West End run. The show is continuing at the Young Vic through to 26 April 2025. It will play at the Apollo Theatre from 22 September to 29 November 2025.
