Harry Potter the Play Update for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre

The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Sonia Friedman Productions, Colin Callender and Harry Potter Theatrical Productions, have announced yet another extension to the original two-part multi award-winning production at the Palace Theatre. Now you can book tickets through to 26th February 2023, giving thousands more Potter fans the chance to experience the magic live on stage. Tickets go on sale from 21st February 2022.

Who’s involved in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child?

This is the eighth story in the Harry Potter series as well as the first official Harry Potter story to be told on stage. It’s the most-awarded new play in theatrical history, winning 24 major theatre awards in the UK alone. It’s also the most awarded play in the history of the Oliviers, gathering a record-smashing nine awards including Best New Play. Add 25 major US awards plus Tonys and it’s an all-time favourite.

About the Palace Theatre

Seating 1400 and dating back to 1891, the beautiful red brick Palace Theatre was intended to be a grand home for English Opera. The owners sold the theatre after a year, having made a loss. Past shows at the Palace Theatre include Les Miserables, The Woman in White, Singin’ in the Rain, and The Commitments.
