What is FRANK AND PERCY about?
This side-splitting new production follows the unexpected relationship that blossoms between two men. Devoted to their canine companions, each man has something to teach the other. They discuss the weather, their dogs, one another and so much more. Will the widowed schoolteacher and the elder statesman dare to risk changing their lives or will they let sleeping dogs lie?
