With the opening date just around the corner, the acclaimed Broadway musical MJ THE MUSICAL announces its cast for the West End transfer. Kicking off performances from 6 March, the cast is joined by Myles Frost who originated the role of Michael Jackson in New York and won a Tony Award for his performance in the show!

A new British musical is transferring to the West End’s Criterion Theatre following a record-breaking run at the Kiln Theatre. TWO STRANGERS (CARRY A CAKE ACROSS NEW YORK) will perform for a limited run from 14 April, the new musical has had a 10-week sold out run. The musical features Olivier award winner Sam Tutty and Dujonna Gift who will continue to lead the musical when it transfers.

Kiss Me Kate announces summer revival

A new revival of KISS ME KATE has been announced at the Barbican Theatre this summer. Cole Porter’s musical comedy will star Stephanie J Block and Adrian Dunbar alongside a cast of 50 and a full-scale orchestra. KISS ME KATE includes unforgettable musical numbers such as “Another Op’nin, Another Show” and “Brush Up Your Shakespeare”.

Harry Clarke to transfer to the West End

Talking of more transfer news, David Cale’s wickedly funny thriller HARRY CLARKE has announced a limited West End transfer starring Billy Crudup. Performing at the Ambassadors Theatre from 09 March, HARRY CLARKE charts the exploits of an awkward Midwestern man who moves to New York.
