In light of the uncertainty the public face during the current global outbreak of coronavirus, we would like to clarify the situation within the theatre industry, and how customers might be affected.
Please be assured we are doing everything we can to ensure the latest information is conveyed as fully and quickly as we can. West End Theatres, producers and event organisers are closely following the Government’s directives (https://www.gov.uk/government/topical-events/coronavirus-covid-19-uk-government-response).
At the current moment, no West End theatres have cancelled or postponed performances due to the outbreak, and all performances are set to continue as scheduled.
What does this mean for affected customers?
We are asking that if customers have been affected by CoVID-19, i.e. have been infected, are self-isolating, or are unable to attend a performance due to travel restrictions, that they contact us, preferably by email. Each theatre operator has a different policy regarding refunds and exchanges, and we will be able to advise customers based on their booking. Terms and conditions of sale to any purchase will apply.
Please note that our customer service department is expecting unprecedented levels of calls and emails during this period, and so response times may be longer than usual. We are doing all we can to answer all customer queries as quickly as possible.
