Directed by the Associate Artist Director Sean Holmes, the production will launch the theatre's summer season with performances beginning next month.

The cast has been announced for Romeo and Juliet.

As part of the theatre's 2025 summer season and directed by Sean Holmes, the infamous tale of doomed love will be set in the American West.

Romeo and Juliet will play at the Shakespeare's Globe from 25 April to 2 August 2025.
