The rich tapestry of British history, especially of the Royal Family, is fertile ground for writers, playwrights and filmmakers to plow. Hilary Mantel struck gold when she wrote three books on the lives and times of the Tudors, especially those of Henry VIII’s. The first two books, WOLF HALL and BRING UP THE BODIES were best sellers and the subsequent theatre adaptations of both books were equally successful. Now we have the final theatre adaptation of the Trilogy, THE MIRROR AND THE LIGHT. This final theatrical adaptation is a fitting and successful conclusion to the Trilogy.


Tina - The Tina Turner Musical – 1000s more tickets plus a REFUGE charity show

The Tina Turner musical is currently booking until 26th June 2022. It's fantastic news to see a massive 200,000 fresh tickets released for this epic show. It's just as exciting to know there's a one-off charity performance going ahead on 10th October 2021 in aid of REFUGE, the national domestic violence charity. This unique event celebrates the charity's 50th anniversary, and it couldn't be a better cultural fit.

The Prince of Egypt, based on the brilliant Dreamworks animated movie, has already delighted not far short of 200,000 people at London’s Dominion Theatre. Now it’s approaching the end of its official booking period. The last show of the run takes place on the 8th January 2022, so there’s a limited time left to catch this great drama on stage in the West End. There are three extra matinee shows to enjoy on 20th, 21st and 28th December.

Now this remarkable actress will make her West End stage debut in the UK premiere of Suzie Miller’s award-winning Prima Facie. She plays Tessa in a hard-to-resist one-person play that takes us to the uncomfortable place where emotion and experience clash with the rules, and it’s on at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 15th April 2022.
