Direct from Australia, Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo brings awesome prehistoric creatures to the stage as you've never seen them before. Incredibly realistic puppetry entrances young ones, who interact with the dinosaurs as though they were really alive.

Your children will experience an amazing menagerie of dinosaurs and other creatures that inhabited the landscape millions of years ago, and be given the opportunity to help feed, water and care for these prehistoric marvels with simple lessons in animal husbandry.

My inner child fulfilled her dream

I have loved dinosaurs since I was a kid and really couldn't wait to see Dinosaur Zoo, especially as I heard there was a meet and greet after. The show was very funny with something for the adults as well as the children who were in the audience . The puppets and puppeteers were outstanding and life-like . I was sat in the front near the door so the dinosaurs came in, which was a treat. The 'Zoo keeper' was very funny and was especially considerate of those children who were scared and did not pressure them to take part . The meet and greet after was magical. I got to stroke the baby Triceratops and a T-rex. Eversince I was a child I had always wanted to meet a dinosaur and 'cuddle' one. My inner child fulfilled her wish and it was worth the wait! Highly recommend for anyone who really loves dinosaurs . The only thing that was not accurate was during the show the Zoo keeper mentions "it is a scientific fact you will swallow 10 spiders in your lifetime" I asked this question to someone at London Zoo and they said it is impossible to swallow a spider . So no, that is not a real fact. Other than that it was an amazing experience

A 'Must See' Show

Great show. Full of interesting information as well as plenty of laughs. Lots of audience participation and loved the meeting of a few dinosaurs after the show. Seating in row E was great and got a good view all round. Even had a few souvenirs we could buy as well as drinks and popcorn so the kiddies can munch and enjoy the show. Wasn't too long a show so there are no problems with trying to get the kids to sit still for hours ! Thoroughly enjoyed and really recommended.

Great show for children

The show was great, my son loved it. Only criticism was when the show finished and I tried to buy a poster they were sold out which I couldn't understand as the show was no where near capacity. My son was disappointed and I was frustrated as despite asking for one of the free posters, available with certain tickets (not my ticket) I was told I couldn't have one despite the fact the theatre had clearly not got enough stock for the performance. Other parents/children were also disappointed at not being able to purchase a poster. Other than this the show and theatre are great!

Scarey encounters

We took our 3 year old grandson to see this production and were really pleased with the show. The duration was just right for his age group. He was captivated throughout and we thought Shaun kept the attention of the children as he delivered the facts and included the children. Meeting the dinosaurs afterwards was an added bonus and a great photo opportunity......a little scarey too for grannies! We sat in the middle part of the seating, 5 rows back so not too close but close enough. Theatre staff were friendly and helpful...thank you everyone for a great experience.
